Shannon Turner, JD, Associate Executive Vice President, University Health Care d.b.a. Passport Health Plan, an the AmeriHealth Mercy Family of Companies affiliate, discussed The Deficit Reduction Act, focusing on the Medicaid program goals. Ruth Atkins, Vice President, Operations and Quality Improvement, also from Passport Health Plan presented on Special Needs Plans.
