Gale is responsible for market expansion, product development, government relations, strategic planning, marketing and communications, health care reform and corporate development. She has more than 25 years of experience in the health care industry, including successfully managing three Medicaid health plans on behalf of AmeriHealth Mercy. Prior to her health plan business leadership roles, she worked as a health care attorney in the Medicaid, Medicare, commercial and public markets. She led the development of numerous strategic and operational plans, led the development of several commercial, Medicare and Medicaid products, and provided oversight of the implementation and passage of prior health care reform initiatives and legislation.
